pandasのDataFrameをdf.to_csv("ファイル名")で保存する際に起きました。 に書き直したらうまくいきました。 最初の/の前に . を付け加えました。 つまり、カレントディレクトリを指定してやりました。 意外な解決方法だったので載せてみました。
