PythonでGUIを持つデスクトップアプリを開発するには、TkinterやPyQtなど、いくつかの選択肢がある。しかし、いずれも本格的なGUIを作るのには向いているが、ちょっとしたツールを素早く作りたい場合に、学習コストの問題や開発が煩雑という問題があった。
