This file resets the Core.css file in Sharepoint. Core.css has a bunch of random styles that interfered with prettier styles that were created by better people.

This is how I modify a sharepoint On-Prem to have custom colors etc. I add in a content editor web part a link to the .html file. The html file has links to the css files you want to use.
