As the reel says, I just use the 4-8+ rep range, and when I crush 8+ reps, I add load to bring the reps back down to around 4-5 reps or so @ 1 RIR 3. When it’s a new exercise in my own training, I won’t start at 4-5 reps tho...I’ll start lighter, and look for something in that 8-10 rep range to make sure everything “feels” right and that I can then adjust loading f
