The road less traveled✨ After setting off from Izmir, the scenic winding roads lead me east to Pamukkale just in time for an unforgettable sunset over the pools. I may have missed Cappadocia's iconic balloons for sunrise because of a rainstorm but the scenery alone was worth the trip. What really caught me by surprise were the underrated landscapes of Turkey's northeastern mountain ranges.
